Can I personalize an item?
Yes. Products that offer personalization will include the available options on the product page. Please double-check names, dates, spelling, and other details before submitting your order.

How long does it take to process my order?                                                                         We thoughtfully prepare and package every order with care. 

  • Jewelry Orders: Please allow 1–3 business days for processing.
  • Personalized & Custom Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days for preparation.

Processing times exclude weekends, holidays, and shipping transit time.Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Can I return or exchange jewelry?                                                                                             All jewelry purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or personal preferences. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can assist you.

Can I change or cancel a personalized order?
Because personalized items are made especially for you, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

Can personalized items be returned?
Personalized and custom-made items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there was an error with your order. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?                                   Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, when possible, at info@shopshaisha.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if available.We’ll review the issue and help make it right.

How should I care for my jewelry?
To help preserve your jewelry, avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store pieces in a clean, dry place when not in use.
